The Project:
Public Storage hired NetGain to completely re-imagine the user journey for their high-traffic website. People expect seamless mobile solutions for finding and reserving storage units online. So, NetGain was up to the challenge of designing a new website from a “mobile first” perspective.
As with every project, we put the customer’s customer at the heart of our design process.
Special Features:
In Canada, national brands need bilingual websites, so NetGain made it easy for visitors to toggle between English and French. We also streamlined the process for visitors to quickly find available storage at a location near them. Next, we removed the friction from placing a reservation. Customers can even see live inventory updates and reserve online.
Thanks to our SEO team, the launch was flawless. This was a major project and our team knocked it out of the park!
