Plumbtech decided to partner with NetGain to improve visitor experience on their site. And with increasing web visits from smartphone users, we needed to completely rethink the mobile experience. In addition to layout and navigation enhancements, we added all-new content including photos and copywriting. Ever mindful of customer conversion, we incorporated persuasive elements such as trust badges, social proof, and prominent calls to action, including click-to-call functionality.
