Healthcare Environmental Services (HES) is a biomedical waste management company in Miami Florida. In addition to medical waste disposal, HES has diversified into mobile document destruction services. Both operations are active across the entire south Florida marketplace. HES reached out to NetGain because of our excellent reputation for digital marketing in the medical waste industry.
The Project:
Our goal was to modernize HES’ web presence. Additionally, they needed to place a strong focus on converting visitors into customers. To encourage users to take action, we included click-to-call smartphone buttons, prominent calls-to-action, social proof, trust badges and persuasive copywriting.
