The purchase will better serve the needs of both Larche and NetGain clients. The companies will remain close partners over the changeover and will continue to collaborate in the future. Close coordination between both companies will ensure that existing clients experience no service interruption or downtime and an increased level of service.
Since its inception in 2008, NetGain has expanded its range of services from web design to include graphic design, SEO, marketing, social media management, e-commerce, and mobile app development. Their client list includes many well-known names around the Simcoe-Muskoka area and clients across North America. Composed of marketing strategists, graphic designers, web developers, search engine optimization, and social media experts, NetGain ensures that their clients receive results that exceed expectations.
The acquisition from Larche, a fellow Barrie-based creative agency, will allow both companies to focus on their unique goals for the future. Larche plans to devote more focus to the development of UX-first websites, targeted marketing strategies, and video & animation.
